NASSAU COUNTY EXECUTIVE SUOZZI'S

HEALTHY NASSAU PROGRAM

Lectures will be given at Roosevelt Field Mall, on the first (1st) Wednesday of each month.  September is "Healthy Hears and Weight Control" - learn how to eat right to protect your heart and lose weight.  We will also be discussing the principles of the DASH diet.  October is "Eating Healthy - Fats and Weight control" - learn what fats are good for you and which ones to avoid.  We will also be discussing cholesterol - the good and bad.  November will be "Health Holiday Eating" - learn healthy eating tips to navigate thru the holidays without sabotaging your diet.
