COMMUNITY HEALTH ACCREDITATION PROGRAM (CHAP)

The Visiting Nurse Association of Long Island, Inc. is proud to be accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP).  CHAP is a nationally recognized accrediting body for home health organizations and is recognized by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as meeting or exceeding federal government standards for Medicare certification.

 

CHAP accreditation is testament to the VNA of LI's commitment to provide quality care that is in compliance with the very highest standards for the delivery of quality home health and community-based services.
